Beer & Nosh is proud to be a part of this year’s SF Beer Week, and it is going to be a doozy. Here is what we’ve got going on:
Humphry Slocombe Ice Cream:
Beer & Nosh, Humphry Slocombe Ice Cream, and all of your favorite local breweries are collaborating to create a beer ice cream explosion. For all of beer week, special beer ice creams, made from local beers, selected by the brewmaster will be available at Humphry Slocombe.
There will also be a special Beer & Nosh photo show to enjoy with your beer scoops, and daily specials.
What flavors will be available on when? Follow Humphry Slocombe and Beer & Nosh on Twitter to find out as new flavors become available.
Participating Breweries: Dogfish Head, Speakeasy, Bison, Fifty Fifty, Valley Brew, Triple Rock, Drakes, Shmaltz, Magnolia , 21A, Firestone Walker, Beach Chalet, Thirsty Bear, Lagunitas, Uncommon Brewers, Blue Frog, Trumer, Shiner, Bridgeport, Moonlight, Iron Springs, Eel River, Bear Republic, Sierra Nevada
When: All of SF Beer Week, starting February 5th until we run out of beer.
Cost: TBD – but it’ll be affordable. Come on – it’s ice cream!

Scala’s Bistro “Mostly Barrel Aged Beer Dinner”

We’re returning to the Scalas after a year away. Last year’s dinner was an amazing success, and this year we’re back, with more breweries, more beers and more food. Chef Jen Biesty and her kitchen team are putting together an outstanding meal, inspired by “Mostly Barrel Aged Beers.” Expect impeccably prepared food, exciting barrel aged beers, fine dining service, and brewmasters and chef to be on hand to talk about what you’re enjoying.
Participating Breweries: Triple Rock, Drakes, Firestone Walker, Speakeasy, Valley Brew, Dogfish Head, Fifty Fifty, Sierra Nevada and Shmaltz Brewing.
When: Wednesday, February 10th, 6:30pm
Cost: $100 including all tax and service (plus $3 ticketing charge. Sorry.)
Where: Scala’s Bistro Renaissance Room at 432 Powell Street.
