Almanac Barrel Tasting

As the first release of Almanac Beer draws near, Damian and I are in the home stretch of getting our license wrapped up and sorting the final details of bottling.  Most  importantly, our beer is nearly ready.  Last week we cracked ‘em open, slipped in a whiskey thief and tried our beers fresh from the oak.
