Out The Door Brunch

Right now, I’d rate the brunch that Chef Gracie Nguyen (Along with Tim and the rest of her staff!) puts out at Out The Door on Bush St as one of my favorite brunches in the city.  It has just the right balance of savory and sweet, east and west, with perhaps the best beignets in town.  Here is what it looks like:

Pancakes

chicken porridge

five spice duck confit soup

Chopsticks

French Press Coffee

Steamed Buns

Coconut pull bread

daikon rice cake

french beignets

Pancakes

French Omelette with paté

Scrambled eggs with crab

sticky black rice with bananas

spoons

Morgan & Jason

Chef Kung-fu

Thai Basil Ice Cream
