NOToberfest Wrap Up
Well that was fun.
Valley Brewing‘s beers were great pairings for the offerings from Ryan Farr, and made even better base flavors for Jake’s ice creams. It seemed like the event came together even better than I had imagined it, with everyone game to try everything – from new beers with flavors they never expected, to offal sausage – no one left hungry.

So I went veggie about 6 months ago in order to be more healthy, but lemme tell ya what…some of that meat looks pretty good. Not enough so to make me go back, but close. :)
