Yes, the rumors are true. Today I found myself doing the unthinkable: signing up for a Twitter account. I’ve resisted the siren song for so long that it almost feels like giving up to give into the mass of twitter, yet here I am, diving in to the twitter-verse, and all of the twatting that takes place here.   

Do you twitter?  Should I be following you? Feel free to drop me a line @beerandnosh and let me know what’s going on with your beers and food at this very moment.  Finally, a shout out to Sully for being my first follower, before I even posted my first tweet. 

PS – Got any favorite recommendations for either Mac or iPhone clients? Right now, I’m giving Tweetie a spin on both platforms.

    I’m a big fan of Tweetie (for both platforms). I hear Twitterific updated their iPhone app and there have been very good reviews about it. Unfortunately, I’ve already dished out the money to buy the Tweetie iPhone app, so am a bit reluctant.

    TweetDeck is also a popular choice, though it’s a bit more powerful than I need at this moment.
