MSF on NPR

I while ago, while taking pictures in the kitchen at MSF, I ran into a reporter from NPR.  Her story finally aired on NPR.  In the interview, he discusses one of my favorite dishes, the Butter fried cornbread with buttermilk panacotta.

Here’s in the intrepid reporter, invading the kitchen (that I was already crowding!) back in February.  I’m surprised that she didn’t mention what Anthony was making when she was recording, the whisky-soaked eel and banana tempura.

Link by way of Mission Mission.  Allan also noted recently that a certain food celebrity is swinging through town.  Tony, stop by for a beer dinner at Mission Street Food on Saturday!  If you’d feel more comfortable with a bottle of cold, flavorless mass produced lager to go with your PB&J, let me know.  But really, I think you’d be better off with a Coney Island Lager.
