		<description>What a wonderful experiment! It seems to me that this is the way that the great world cuisines evolve; the failures are relegated to the dust-bin of history (or used as roof tar ;-).  I think your photographs would be great inspiration for the next University of Chicago Latke-Hamentaschen debate.
