		<description>Sean, as your mother-in-law I am asking if maybe you should start your own magazine?  I will be glad to be the editor.  This is important because, as you know, I don&#039;t really like beer but your receipes, which I  usually try, are beyond compare.

While we differ here and there (or should I say, DIPA &amp; Rauchbier), we clearly agree this was more than a dinner, more than neat little pairings: it was an experience. Can&#039;t wait to read Bill&#039;s take on it!!!</description>
