Homebrew Chef & Firestone Walker Dinner

I’ve mentioned Sean’s awesome beer dinners before, but here’s your chance to attend an extra special one.  Sean’s cooking focuses on using beer as an ingredient, and he does it with amazing success – often in very unexpected ways.   I still have dreams about these scones that he made with malted barley at NCHF.  Mmmmm… Beer Jelly.

For SF Beer Week, Sean is cooking a dinner with exclusively Firestone Walker Beers, and if history is indication, you can expect Matt, the brewer from Firestone, to break out the good stuff.  Matt will be at the diner to introduce the beers and enjoy the food as well. Here are Sean and Matt, communicating via beard-based telepathy about the menu.  If you can read Matt’s eyes, I’m pretty sure he’s promising to bring up some special firkins for the dinner.

Sean’s Toronado dinners always sell out, so if you want a ticket, get it today.  And best of all, it doesn’t conflict with that other SF Beer Week event, so you can go to both.  I know I am.

Update: Read all about the dinner here.
