Dinner Menu

So you know that beer dinner I keep mentioning?  The one for SF Beer Week? We’ve been hard at work on a menu – one that takes great beer and showcases it alongside creative food.  After a few iterations, and a lot of beer tasting, Chef Jen has put together a menu that I think is really exciting.  This is our semi-final menu, and it is subject to possible to changes, based on availability of seasonal ingredients, and the whims of the chef.

It looks yummy. I have no clue what half the things on the menu are or how they are pronounced, but it makes me wish I would be in SF to find out.

If you have any questions about the menu, feel free to ask away, and I’ll be happy to answer as best I can. And to answer preemptively, no, there is no kosher alternative.
