For this sweet, sweet bacon candy I recommend trying Anchor Old Foghorn or Double Grimbergen. These will match the brown sugar and the caramelization of the bacon.

This sounds like a wonderful snack with beer or app b4 din din. Thanks so much for the recipe, we are a bunch of bacon lover’s here and even more for beer, so the 2 together would rock our worlds.
