Beer Festivals!
I’ve got a very exciting few weeks coming up, and am lucky enough to be going to two beer festivals. First up, the Northern California Homebrewers Festival. At that, I’m most excited about dinner friday night, which should be a spectacular feast prepared by Sean Paxton, the Homebrew Chef. The meal is a series of progressive pairings inspired by the British Isles.
(Note: do not attempt to chop an onion on top of a camera lens unless you are a trained professional chef like Sean)
Then just a few weeks later, I’m off to the Great American Beer Festival in Denver. I’ve never been before, so I turn to you, wise Beer & Nosh reader – what’s not to miss? What do I have to do? Any sessions I should know about ahead of time? Please post comments and suggestions below or drop me an email.
And if you’re going to be at either of these events, please introduce yourself a raise a pint with me! – Jesse

GABF:
1) Beg Alan to take you to DrBill’s downstairs tasting at Falling Rock.
2) Go to tasting.
3) Go home, everything else will be a disappointment after that.
